A psychedelic transformational guide is a sober, non-intrusive guide who holds space for your psychedelic experience. I’m here to ensure your safety, provide emotional grounding, and help you feel secure while you journey inward. Unlike a therapist or facilitator, I do not lead or interpret your trip. I simply hold a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore with intention.
What you can expect
Pre-Journey Consultation
Before your session, we’ll discuss your intentions, limiting beliefs, desired outcomes, medical history, and any concerns you may have. I’ll help you prepare your space, mind, and body for a safe, intentional journey. We will also discuss in detail the Mycelia method that we will be using during your journey.
Grounded Presence During the Trip
On the day of your journey, I’ll be with you the entire time; calm, sober, and attentive. I’m here to support you emotionally and energetically without interfering in your experience. Whether you need a reassuring presence, quiet company, or gentle guidance, I’ll adapt to your needs moment by moment.
Gentle Guidance If Needed
If you face emotional turbulence, I’ll help ground you through breathing techniques, light conversation, or gentle somatic reminders. I do not direct your experience, but I remain alert and supportive in case you need help navigating difficult moments.
Post-Trip Integration After your experience, we’ll schedule a 60-minute integration session to help you make meaning from your journey. Integration is where the magic unfolds and insights become change. You’ll leave with tools, reflections, and affirmations to support your continued growth.

Due to time constraints, I only offer guide services on a very limited basis. These sessions are available only to clients who have already booked a coaching call to determine whether it’s a good fit. Psilocybin experiences are deeply personal, and the energy between the guide and participant plays an important role in how the journey unfolds. The initial call gives us a chance to discuss your intentions, readiness, and comfort level, if we move forward.
